Our Staff

Pastor Franklin is a graduate of Western Baptist Bible College and San Francisco Theological Seminary. He began pastoring in McKinleyville, California and moved to Redding in 1975. He has taught at Liberty Christian High School and Shasta Bible College. He has been the senior pastor of Grace Baptist Church for over thirty-four years. He preaches on average four times a week at Grace. Besides preaching, Pastor Franklin enjoys fossil collecting, hunting, gardening, and photography. He and his wife, Pat, have three sons and six grandchildren.

Pastor Hull is a graduate of Shasta Bible College and Northwest Baptist Seminary. He has been the associate pastor of Grace Baptist Church for 9 years. His ministry includes the youth ministries of Grace as well as oversight over the administrative aspects of the church. He and his wife, Michelle, have three children.

Pastor Noller is a graduate of Los Angeles Baptist College and Seminary. He and his wife, Donna, have founded new churches in Idaho and Washington. Before coming to Redding, he spent fourteen years in Libby, Montana as senior pastor. His current ministry at Grace involves visiting recent visitors to the church, new members, hospital patients, care center residents, and other church members. He and his wife have three children and eleven grandchildren.
